In 2023 he added a new chapter of glory to his history, winning the Masters, thus adding his second Major.

With his victory at Torrey Pines in 2021, Rahm became the fourth Spaniard to wear the green jacket and the first golfer from Europe to win both The Masters and the US Open on the birthday of the late Seve Ballesteros, who won the tournament in 1980 and 1983.

Six years after Sergio Garca’s victory in 2017, the one from Barrika brought Spain victory in Augusta once more. Spain finally won the Augusta National in 2017 under Sergio Garca’s leadership after an 18-year absence. After a tournament defined by storms on Friday and Saturday and by heat on the first day, Rahm officially entered the Masters and Spanish golf history this past Sunday.
